CEF provides a continuum of doula services for health care facilities. At one end of the continuum, CEF has been outsourced by institutions to provide complete program development and coordination. With this plan, we are responsible for the range of programmatic operations, including training and evaluation.
At the other end of the continuum, CEF will serve a consulting role to those institutions interested in establishing and overseeing their own programs. We will provide the expertise and training needed to develop the program, and once it is operational, the facility itself will be responsible for additional oversight and evaluation.
